Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Buffalo Bills

The Jaguars are starting to get hot as they have won three of their last four games.  The Bills also have played better lately and have won 2 of their last 3 games.

The Bills will probably get back to their running game as they might have Willis McGahee back for the game. With the temperature expected to be in the 30’s with a chance of snow, this game will be decided on the ground.  McGahee & Thomas will have a rough time possibly against the rugged Jags defense that is allowing 95.8 yards rushing per game and 3.5 yards per carry.  J.P. Losman had one of the best games of his career last week, but he better be careful with Rashean Mathis probably drawing the coverage on Lee Evans.  Evans had a monster game last week with 11 receptions for 265 yards and 2 TDs, but Mathis already has 6 interceptions on the season.

The Jags will undoubtedly come out running the football with Fred Taylor (775 yards rushing), Maurice Drew (376 yards rushing) and David Garrard against the Bills defense which is allowing 128.0 yards rushing per game and 4.6 yards per carry.  The Jags really don’t have the speed at WR to exploit the Bills problems in the secondary (212.8 net yards passing per game).

Look for this to be a low-scoring football game.  The Jags seem a little better equipped to win this type of game, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the Bills won either.
