David Garrard led an efficient Jags offense in a rainstorm.  Garrard completed 12 of 22 passes for 177 yards and 3 TDs, he also carried the ball 2 times for 14 yards.  Fred Taylor had an outstanding game with 13 carries for 79 yards (6.1 ypc).  Maurice Drew carried the ball 8 times for 56 yards (7.0 ypc) and caught 2 passes for 29 yards.  Matt Jones caught 3 passes for 66 yards in his first game back from injury.  Ernest Wilford had a huge game with 3 catches for 44 yards and 2 TDs.  George Wrighster only caught 1 pass, but it was a 14 TD reception.

LB Clint Ingram led the way on the defense with 10 tackles.  CB Rashean Mathis had another great game with 4 tackles and 2 interceptions!  DB Scott Starks had 3 tackles and an interception that he returned 55 yards for a TD.  The Titans ran the ball 32 times for 108 yards (3.4 ypc).  The Jags allowed the Titans to complete 15 of 36 passes for 154 net yards passing.
