The Jags played a good game last night, especially on defense.  The Jags took awhile to get going on offense because the offensive line was having trouble protecting Leftwich early in the game.  Leftwich hung in there and wound up completing 13 of 20 passes (65.0%) for 167 yards and a TD.  David Garrard finished up, completing both of his attempts for 17 yards and a TD.

Fred Taylor looked good rushing for 37 yards on 9 carries (4.1 ypc).  Rookie Maurice Drew carried the ball 10 times for 42 yards (4.2 ypc).  Greg Jones looked good before injuring his left knee.  Jones carried the ball six times for 24 yards.

WR Matt Jones caught 4 passes for 52 yards and a TD.  Reggie Williams caught 3 passes for 30 yards.

The defense was awesome last night.  The Jags held the Bucs to 58 yards rushing for 2.6 yards per carry.  The Bucs only had 163 yards passing, but they did complete 61.3% of their passes.
